That can't win - it's full of spelling mistakes ;)
With more seriousness, though, it surprises how many of us have opted for very simple screens. I remember, years back, trying to cram as much as possible onto the screen (ozVGA for the LOOX 720 anyone?) whereas now, for me, it's about paring back.
I could quite happily live with Carel's screen here.
I almost can see through the little holes ;)
It's cool Carel. A bit too simple for my taste I must admit, but cool.
@ Neil my real home screen which is so good and also too good to enter, actually comprises of 3 screens. The lock screen has time and weather. The main home screen has time, date, and a system switch widget for wifi, Bluetooth and 4 others, plus the last button opens up switches for every settings. I then have my most used 20 apps. If I flick to the left (this is technically my last screen) I have 2 blank memos, task manager and profile/power widgets. Flicking right from main home screen I have the accuweather widget, 7 frequently used apps , and 4 large bookmarks for websites. I don't use any other screens.
However, my screen icons are all iPhone style.
@ Rui not bad look at all. Is that sslauncher?
@Gavin, if you mean the launcher in the screenshot of this post...yes, that's SSLauncher.
@ Carel I use go launcher ex, how would you compare sslauncher to go launcher?
@Gavin. Sslauncher is much more flexible, more options, very fluid and good support. you need less widgets.
