Question: The last 2 years?

Good question from Joel L. today. How have the advances in mobile technology changed how you compute in the last 2 years?

Not much for me. I spend the same time with tablet as I did with PDA, the same with smartphone, the same with PC.

When I bought my first iPhone I thought it would change my way of working with smartphone and desktop pc. After a few months I noticed it hadn't changed a bit. I had all the software I needed on my iPhone to do most of my daily tasks....but I didn't use them. Now I have my Galaxy Note and now i'm actually working with my smartphone.. as intended a long time ago.

I used to try and do everything on my pda. Now this worked fine with my Psion 5mx, but it was a bit more of a challenge with Palm. I've kinda given up on that, and maybe having a netbook helps since it's something fairly small and portable to do most of my computer work on. My smartphone now does the job my pda, phone and music player used to do.
