Which game and app that is not currently available on your desktop and mobile devices would you like to play / use again? It has to be Badlands from the Atari STE for me and the Psion calendar.
When I left the Palm environment, I left behind Edge from ZaneGames, and I never got to finish it. But of course, DateBk from Pimilico (also Palm) must be mentioned as the best calendar app ever, the likes of which never seen elsewhere. Need I say more...
I would have said the early versions of Agendus or DateBk from the Palm, but with the right Apps and fast switching, I don't miss them very much any more.
I also would have said DungeonMaster from the Atari ST which was and is the best game I've ever played. Now there's Legend of Grimrock which seems to be as good but made for today's technology. I have the PC version running on my Mac in a WineSkin wrapper. They are supposed to be releasing a Mac version and an iPad version but I expect it will be at least 6 months.
I'm not missing anything, as i still have my Tapwave Zodiac powered full of atari ST games using CaSTaway - seriously good fun, even dungeon master. A personal favourite on the St was Projectyle the best 3-player game ever.
Miss the Psion calendar and a decent PIM
For those that have an iPhone (ipod touch) and are missing Dungeon Master, get to the app store and get a copy of 'The Quest' . seriously good. In fact after watching my son play Skyrim on the PS3, then seeing him play the Quest - I can honestly say that apart from the graphics, the interaction and plot are very similar, to the point that if the graphics were brought up to date and the name changed to 'Skyrim Mobile' I don't think that anyone would realise that this game is nearly a decade old.

A second vote for Edge. Great game.
Mega Lo Mania - played it on an emulator recently, still great fun.
Potentially adaptable to mobile too!
Produced by the same people as sensible soccer I think.
Populous, that was a fun and groundbreaking game

>Bob Yeah DM was a great game, and Black Crypt was even better, games was better on the Amiga and the Atari :)
Apps: Agendus - fantastically useful
Game: F1 Manager (spectrum) - I can't count the endless time spent among friends playing this

EOB,
@David - have you tried some of the RPG games on Android - there are loads there that are similar.
In fact currently playing one that is quite similar to FF.
