The price of console games are outragous too.. $50 is a dream, most on releases in Australia are nearer to $100, yet we can buy them online from the UK with free shipping for half the price (or less).. The retailers all here complain it is unfair as they have to put 10% GST on the items and we are bypassing that buying overseas, no one would bother for 10% price increase, but for a 100% price increase we do....
$4 for a game is very reasonable for a phone I think, especially a well made game...
£40 for a brand new PS3 game - depends on the game and you can usefully find it somewhere discounted within the first couple of weeks around the £30 mark. Wait 6 months and you can have it half price or lower.
New PS3 pricing, but I always though that the PS3 was reasonable especially when you considered it included still one of the best and most featured blu-ray players as well as a console. Though blu-ray player prices are coming down.
£500+ for a phone - still think that is pretty outrageous, but hey what can I do.
£4 for a mobile game depends on the game, just as £0.69 does - some are steals, and some are a waste.
